Marybeth Jordan, LCSW, is a teaching faculty member at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and is also a member of Ackerman's Community Training Project. A graduate of the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration, she has spent much of her career in the child welfare field working in family preservation and preventive programs.

Ms. Jordan also maintains a private practice in New York City.
