Mary Brewster, PhD

Mary Brewster, PhD is a faculty member of the Ackerman Institute for the Family. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the City University in New York in 1999. She also has an MBA from Columbia University. She is a supervisor of family therapy in the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at the City University of New York, and at the Child Studies Center at the New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Brewster has presented nationally on the topic of the impact of work on women's development, identity, and family relationships. She has a private practice in Manhattan.
