  • Ackerman Institute for the Family is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed marriage and family therapists. #MFT-0049.
  • All workshops are held at the Ackerman Institute, 936 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10010 and workshops take place between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
  • Workshop space is limited, and registration is accepted on a pre-paid, first-come, first-served basis. Registrations are confirmed by e-mail. You will be considered registered only if the full tuition accompanies your registration.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy
    Should a participant need to cancel, there are two options for a refund:

    • Option 1: Tuition will be refunded, minus a 20% administrative fee
    • Option 2: A credit for a future workshop will be issued and expires within one year. If such credit is not used within that year, tuition is forfeited.
