  • REGISTRATION DEPOSIT
    All incoming trainees are required to pay an advance deposit of $1000.00. This payment will hold a place for you and will be applied to your tuition costs. The registration deposit is non-refundable.

    FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
    The full balance of your tuition is due by July 1, 2021. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. Cash and checks are not accepted methods of payment.

    MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
    The Ackerman Institute offers Core Curriculum trainees a nine-month interest-free payment plan. The deadline to enroll in the monthly payment plan is July 1. There is an annual $100.00 non-refundable fee to enroll. Your total tuition will be divided equally into nine monthly installments. An automatic charge will be placed on your credit card on the 1st of every month beginning August 2021 and ending April 2022. The first monthly payment is due August 1, 2021. A $25.00 late fee will be charged each time a payment is denied by your credit card.

    LATE ENROLLMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
    For any applicants accepted after August 1st, a $100 tuition deposit is expected on the day of acceptance. Full tuition or first payment of the enrollment payment plan will be due within 5 business days of acceptance.

    REFUND POLICY
    Ackerman Institute Core Curriculum trainings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full refunds are issued only if a training is canceled by the Ackerman Institute. For partial refund of an Ackerman Course, registrants must withdraw at least 20 business days in advance of the training start date. A 25% administrative fee is deducted from all refunds.

    ABOUT TUITION FEES The Ackerman Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on donors and earned revenue to work toward our mission. The full expense of training an Ackerman therapist is subsidized by the generosity of our donors. Your tuition fees cover only a small portion of this expense.     UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT
    Submission of this form obligates you to pay tuition and fees for all courses for which you are registered at the beginning of the academic session. Financial responsibility, affordability information and our refund policy are posted on our website.
