Active Group Supervision – Clergy Program

Group Supervision for Clergy consists of case material presented to a trained supervisor in both family therapy and theology. This 30-week course is part of the Ackerman Institute’s Clergy and Family Systems Certificate Program.

Course Description

Group Supervision for Clergy includes case material presented to a trained supervisor in both family therapy and theology. This 45-hour supervision course will be held online.

At Ackerman we view systems theory as an integral part of working with couple and family relationships and strive to provide the highest quality training. We welcome clergy, priests, rabbis, imams, religious leaders, and other allied professionals to enhance your knowledge and practice.

Course Policy

Group Supervision for Clergy is the final of four 30-week courses included in Ackerman’s Certificate Program in Clergy and Family Systems. This course may be taken separately from the certificate program for professional learning and development. To earn the Ackerman certificate, you must enroll in the full certificate program and complete these courses sequentially.

Courses taken without prior certificate program enrollment will not count toward future certification from Ackerman.
