Alessandra Sabbatini, LCSW is a Clinic Associate and Teaching Fellow at the Ackerman Institute. She is an alumni of the Ackerman Institute’s Clinical Externship in Family Therapy Program and has experience working with individuals, couples, families, children and teens in New York City schools, mental health clinics, and private practice.
Alessandra has a Master’s in Social Work from NYU and a post-graduate training certificate in child and adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapy from the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research. In addition, she completed the training program in sex Therapy and sexuality from the Buehler Institute and holds a certificate of completion in the LIFT Program (LGBTQ Institute For Family Therapy) from the LGBTQ Center in New York. Alessandra is currently working towards her sex therapy certification.
