Lorraine Correa (she/her) is a Clinic Administrator at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. She holds a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Pace University, and completed her undergraduate education at Brooklyn College, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Prior to joining Ackerman in 2022, Lorraine provided bilingual trauma-focused counseling and case management services to survivors of sexual violence, gender-based violence, and community and family violence. She also has experience working in a wide range of community care settings, including housing rights organizations, medical, and higher-education settings.
Lorraine identifies as biracial and was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Lorraine’s hobbies include baking pastries, meditation, volunteering, and yoga.
