Our on-demand workshops are pre-recorded sessions you can access anytime, anywhere. Unlike live workshops, you move at your own pace and can re-watch as needed.

When paying for your workshop, an account is automatically created. You’ll receive an email with your username and a link to the workshop portal. Log in on any device to start.

The Ackerman Institute for the Family is recognized by the New York State Education Department as an approved provider of continuing education for:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (#MFT-0049)
• Licensed Social Workers (#SW CPE #0052)
• Licensed Psychologists (#PSY-0174)

Many professionals outside of New York have successfully used Ackerman’s CE hours to meet their state’s continuing education requirements. While Ackerman is not an officially approved provider in other states, several licensing boards — including those in AK, AR, LA, MD, MA, MO, NV, OH, OK, and SD have confirmed that they accept our CE credits through reciprocity.

Continuing Education requirements vary by state and are subject to change. Participants are responsible for verifying CE eligibility with their individual state licensing board before registering.

Yes. Upon completing the workshop, evaluation, and assessment, you’ll be able to download your Continuing Education (CE) letter. If you are not requesting CE credit, you’ll receive a certificate of completion instead.

You just need a device (computer/mobile/tablet) and internet connection.

The workshop content is streaming only (to preserve licensing/quality). You’re welcome to rewatch at any time.
