REGISTRATION DEPOSIT
Ackerman Core Program enrollment is confirmed once your deposit is received.
Key Financial Policies
● Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable
● Trainees are responsible for full tuition once enrolled
● Unpaid balances may be subject to collection
● In the event of a leave of absence, full tuition remains due
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION
Payment Plan Details for Seminar and Live Clinical
● $500 deposit required to enroll
● $50 non-refundable payment plan enrollment fee
● Remaining tuition split into 2 equal payments
● Automatic payments processed on the 15th of month
● Payments not completed by the 20th are subject to a $25 late fee
Payment Plan Details for Fellowship
● $1,000 deposit required to enroll
● $100 non-refundable payment plan enrollment fee
● Remaining tuition split into 9 equal monthly payments
● Automatic payments processed on the 15th of each month (August-April)
● Payments not completed by the 20th are subject to a $25 late fee
REFUND OVERVIEW
Refund eligibility is based on your withdrawal date:
● Through June 30: Full refund (minus $1,000 deposit)
● July 1 -July 31: 50% refund (minus deposit)
● After August 1: No refund
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
ABOUT TUITION FEES
The Ackerman Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on donors and earned revenue to work toward our mission. The full expense of training an Ackerman therapist is subsidized by the generosity of our donors. Your tuition fees cover only a small portion of this expense. UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT
Submission of this form obligates you to pay tuition and fees for all courses for which you are registered at the beginning of the academic session. Financial responsibility, payment plan information, and our refund policy
are posted on our website.
