Dr. Aigner Holmes is the Dean of Admissions & Student Life at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where she leads enrollment strategy, recruitment efforts, and initiatives that support a positive and engaging student experience.
With over a decade of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership, Dr. Holmes is passionate about expanding access, strengthening enrollment pathways, and building meaningful partnerships. She brings a deep love for community into her work, collaborating closely with mission-driven organizations and local partners to help remove barriers to opportunity and support student and family success.
Dr. Holmes approaches her role with a service-oriented, student-centered mindset, working to ensure that Ackerman’s admissions and student life efforts reflect the Institute’s mission, values, and long-term vision.
