The Talk Race Group Project at the Ackerman Institute was a cross-racial, faculty-facilitated, student group that engaged in honest, open and transparent conversations about racism and microaggressions. The project’s aim was to create a better sense of community and competency in interracial dialogues among students in training at Ackerman. Participants met monthly throughout the academic year.
