This parent workshop will help parents understand the science of stress, and then identify their own sources of stress, stress triggers, signs of stress, and coping strategies.
Stress is universal – it affects individual functioning, the quality of parenting and family life. Learn some new skills to manage your stress so you can be more sensitive and responsive to your child. Come prepared to reflect about your own capacity to stay present and manage daily and ongoing challenges.
