The Ackerman Core < Seminar Courses < Therapeutic Tools for Cultivating Resilience
Course Overview
In today’s rapidly changing world, clinicians are working with increasingly diverse and complex relationships. This course introduces innovative systemic tools to support couples and families across cultural, relational, and societal differences.
While contemporary relationships present real challenges, they also create opportunities for adaptability, creativity, and resilience. This course focuses on bridging differences across cultural, national, religious, linguistic, and class backgrounds to foster and strengthen systemic resilience.
Through clinical material, research insights, and experiential learning–including the use of visual and representational tools—participants will develop practical strategies to apply directly in their work with couples and families.
