Pregnancy and Parenting Group

You are expecting! It may be great, scary, exciting, unknown, and more! At times talking about all the different experiences you are going through during this time in your life is complicated. Your family and friends may have their own agendas, expectations, joys and worries.

This group will provide a space where all your experiences, emotions, sensations and thoughts are welcome and held. You will be able to explore new and familiar practices, learn from each other and explore deeper desires and beliefs that inform your life and who you want to be as a parent.

This is an online, no-fee group, you can join at any stage of pregnancy and attend until your baby is 6 months old. The group will be held every other Monday from 12:00–1:30 pm starting May 5th, 2025. Enrollment is ongoing.
