Fifi Garrette-Lloyd is a Teaching Fellow for the Person of the Therapist training. She is a Family Therapist who received her master’s degree in Family Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She is also a licensed, registered nurse at Penn Presbyterian hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Couple and Family Therapy at Drexel University with a concentration in extending the Person of the Therapist training to nurses, called the “Use of Self training with Nurses”. She served as a facilitator for the Trauma Healing Institute, remotely serving participants from diverse backgrounds in various states. She has presented for the Heart 2 Heart organization concerning human trafficking and for the International Family Therapy Association regarding the Use of Self training for nurses. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Collaborative Family Health Care Association and Psychology Today.
